Wellness support for our team and community.

Welcome to the Misfits Wellness resource center.

At Misfits Gaming, it’s our goal to promote the importance of mental health and physical well-being for our players, creators, staff, and community. Wellness is a journey that helps you understand the needs of your mind and body through regular check-ins and self-reflection. In our fast-paced and constantly online world,
it’s essential to make time for wellness practices to strengthen mental and physical health and avoid burnout.
We’ve teamed up with Baptist Health to create this Wellness resource center, which aims to provide a wide range of resources from articles and guides to emergency information. This space will be regularly updated with more information, and if there’s anything you’d like to see more of, let us know.
