Today, Misfits announces changes to our current CSGO lineup, starting with the transfer of Russel “Twistzz” Van Dulken to Team Liquid and moving Skyler “Relyks” Weaver to the bench. Commenting on the transfer, Russel says, “I had a great time on Misfits. The organization is awesome and Ben is an amazing owner. Sadly things weren’t going well with the roster and I seeked happiness somewhere else. I give a special thanks to Sean for helping me and giving me the confidence I have now. I enjoyed all my teammates but things unfortunately didn’t go well. Thank you Ben and Misfits for giving me the opportunity to continue growing on Liquid.”
We are always seeking to find the most success for both our team as a whole and the individuals that comprise it.
Considering our options in replacing these two great players we opened up to looking across not just NA, but Brazil and Europe as well. We did not just consider established talent, but rising talent that we believe could be handed an opportunity and resources to take themselves to a new level. With all these things considered, two players over the Atlantic have caught our eyes and attention.
Joining the starting line up of Misfits CSGO roster, we’d like to welcome David “devoduvek” Dobrosavljevic and François “AmaNEk” Delaunay! The pair, originating from France, have a history of play together across multiple teams, winning ESL Major League Winter 2016 with Vexed last December, 3rd in Hellcase Cup #3 as a mix(RANKS) and 3-4th ESWC 2016 with Platinum in october 2016. We believe David and François to be two of the biggest rising talents within the French CSGO scene, and we hope to facilitate their growth while bringing their firepower to the roster. They will be living in the new CSGO team house, along with the rest of the current roster (sans Sean Gares, who will commute to the house) and staff.

The revised CSGO roster of Sean “Sg@ares” Gares, Shahzeeb “ShahZam” Khan, Hunter “SicK” Mims, David “devoduvek” Dobrosavljevic, and François “AmaNEk” Delaunay will start their action vs Winterfox on April 18th in the EPL, and will be playing at Dreamhack Tours May 5th to May 8th.
